Everyone experiences anger in their lives. Anger is so destructive that we can do something or say something in half a second that we then regret for a lifetime.
Meditation provides insights into the workings of the mind and emotions such as anger.
This greater understanding can help you to deal with anger better. In conjunction with the GCCC’s Active and Healthy Program (and GCCC Library Programs), the Australian School of Meditation & Yoga are happy to present many new yoga lifestyle lectures at libraries on the Gold Coast.
Bookings are required, please RSVP to the library hosting the program.
